We took a tour of the communities and found that they had a great value and an excellent use of space in smaller square footages and great family areas in the larger. Here are a few things that stood out to us:
Location: Great Location in Murrieta – The homes are right on the border of Murrieta and Temecula in the Temecula Valley Wine Region in French Valley. French Valley is an unincorporated community between Temecula and Murrieta. Great shopping centers are just down the road with the 15 freeway just about a 10 minute drive away.
Price: Overall the single family homes start in the high 300’s:
- Bellevue – Starting at the low to mid 500’s
- Brighton – Starting at the mid 400’s
- Calistoga – Starting at the high 300’s
Amenities: The smaller square footage Calistoga did a great job of utilizing space, while the Bellevue added downstairs game rooms and restaurant feel dining areas. We also saw one of the largest islands in the area.

Living & Entertainment Areas
Large downstairs areas allow a lot of light and room for relaxing and entertaining.
The kitchens have good storage and plenty of counter space.
Rooms & Amenities
Upstairs features a loft with enough room for a sofa and plenty of storage.
The upstairs has a full laundry room along with built in storage which is another example of well utilized space.
The master bedroom is large and has an optional balcony with incredible views.

The overall downstairs on all models are open and feature a large kitchen with a lot of storage and counter space. One of the largest islands in a model is shown here.
My absolute favorite in the models is the formal dining which is still open to the living area, but has a restaurant feel to it.
