For qualifying customers, Legacy Homes Realty will provide as an incentive to customer a portion of cooperative brokerage commission it receives from the new home builder. This Rebate offer is only valid to customer who registers us at new home builder’s sales office on their very first visit as their Real Estate Agent and close on their new home with builder. Limit of one Rebate per transaction per customer.

The rebate will be paid only to the party or parties named as the “buyer(s)” or “borrower(s)” on the HUD-1. Closing Statement or equivalent official closing statement and cannot be disbursed to a third party.

The Cash Back Rebate Program is subject to conditions, limitations, exclusions, modifications, and/or discontinuation without notice.  Registering only on this website does not qualify you for the cash rebate, we must personally meet you at the builder’s model homes on your very first visit and register you with the builder as your buyer’s agent and you must close on your new home purchase.

Legacy Homes Realty will provide all normal and customary services that a buyer agent usually provides such as contract negotiations, option selection, help selecting financing options and closing, attend final walk through, and attend closing as requested by the buyers.
